National Convention and Golf Tournament
We kicked off May with the highly successful Chairperson's Golf Tournament (May 15th) followed by the NREA-DHSUD National Convention (May 16th & 17th). The convention brought together the industry's best speakers from government and industry, attracting nearly 500 participants, including representatives from 50 LGUs.
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
A significant milestone was achieved with the signing of an MOU between DHSUD, DILG, and NREA during our National Convention. We held extensive coordination meetings prior to the signing to finalize the details, ensuring a strong foundation for future collaboration.
NREA Youth Council & NREA RESEARCH CENTER

Active Engagement
NREA representatives actively participated in various industry events, including the Pag-IBIG Fund Start Awards for North Luzon and the SHDA 54th Anniversary celebration.
Advocacy
Our commitment to advocacy remained strong with NREA's consistent participation in the QC housing board meetings.
Membership Growth
The association welcomed two new chapters:
NREA Ilocos Chapter and NREA Cagayan Valley Business Districts. Both chapters held successful inaugural membership meetings and inducted new officers, demonstrating our ongoing expansion.
