BUSINESS FORUM ONLINE "ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SIGNIFICANCE IN BUSINESS" | FEB 27, 2024
A major highlight of March was our highly successful business forum held on March 20th. The forum explored the crucial role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in business, featuring insightful presentations by esteemed speakers, Mr. Tirso Raymond Gutierrez of DICT and Mr. Raymond Almanon of Micro Trend Inc
2nd Socialized Housing Summit
Ateneo Center for Social Entrepreneurship (ACSEnt) and SEPDI
The NREA continued to actively participate in various industry events throughout March. We were honored to be invited to the 2nd Socialized Housing Summit organized by the Ateneo Center for Social Entrepreneurship (ACSEnt) and SEPDI, demonstrating our commitment to fostering accessible housing solutions. Board Chairlady Mae Magtoto, President Red Rosales, Adviser Marcelino Mendoza, Vice Chair Ronnie Biando and Member Abu Rahman attended the event.
PropTech Consortium events
Additionally, we participated in two PropTech Consortium events held on March 15th and 21st, staying at the forefront of technological advancements in the real estate sector. VP Internal Jovi Tupaz attended the March 15 event and President Red Rosales attended the March 21 event.

NREA also attended the CREBA Annual General Membership Meeting held at Dusit Hotel in Makati represented by Advisers Bansan Choa, Adviser Marcelino Mendoza and Treasurer Nicole Choa. Furthermore, the NREA played a key role in the 2nd joint industry meeting focused on shaping the proposed housing roadmap. These collaborations solidify our position as a vital voice and advocate within the industry.

The NREA Education Committee delivered 2 Real Estate Brokerage Seminar for New Salesperons (March 14-15, 2024 & March 20-22, 2024)
