(NREA), the one-stop trade organization in the industry.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP
QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP – The board shall determine the CLASIFICATIONS AND (as amended during November 26, 1998 annual meeting and election) qualifications of National and Chapter members Membership shall be by invitation and/or election.
RIGHTS OF REGULAR MEMBERS
A regular member shall have the following rights:

To exercise the rights to vote on all manner relating to the affairs of the association;

To be eligible to any elective or appointive office o association;

To participate in all deliberations/meeting of the association;

To avail of all facilities of the association
HONORARY MEMBERS
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MAY ELECT HONORARY MEMBERS FROM THE GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE SECTORS WHO HAVE DISTINGUISHED THEMSELVES IN HOUSING URBAN MANAGEMENT AND PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MEMBERS

A member shall have the following duties and responsibilities:

To obey and comply with the by-laws, rules and regulations that may be promulgated by the association from time to time;

To attend all meeting that may be called by the Board of Trustees;

To pay membership dues and other assessments of the association.
