PropTech Showcase & Wellness Fair on April 25th
President Rosales and PRO Mulingbayan represented us at the Proptech event on April 25th.
Anti-Kolorum Movement
President Rosales, Rizal Chapter President Cheryl Sanguyo, and Treasurer Larrazabal were present at the Anti-Kolorum Movement event last April 11.
BUSINESS FORUM ONLINE "INFRASTRUCTURE PROJEC TUPDATES" | APRIL 17, 2024
We hosted a highly successful business forum on April 17th titled "Infrastructure Development Updates," featuring esteemed speaker from DOTr Asec Leonel Cray De Velez and a short presentation of DPWH Projects.
ADVOCACY
NREA actively participated in shaping our industry's future. We attended TWG session in Congress to discuss adjustments for socialized and economic housing price ceilings, and the incentivized compliance for the balance housing program
NREA together with other industry associations submitted our position papers. We provided input on the IRR for Economic Housing to Senator JV Ejercito's office and participated in NHFMC discussions
EDUCATION COMMITTEE
Our Education Committee delivered valuable programs, conducting three seminars for new salespersons (April 11-13, 22-24, and 25-27) and a CPD seminar for Brokers on April 5th.
