The National Real Estate Association, Inc. (NREA) and its educational arm NREA Centre for Real Estate Studies (NCRES) will hold the REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL COMPREHENSIVE COURSE starting on 27 April to 9 June 2013 every Saturdays & Sundays at Makati Sports Club, Salcedo Village, Makati City.

The course is in compliance under Article 3, Section 14 of R.A. 9646: Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines (RESA) for 120 hours requirement for PRC licensure examination for real estate appraisers on the 28 July 2013 as approved and accredited by PRBRES.

Real Estate Appraisal Comprehensive Course includes the Actual Appraisal Field Works and Report Writing and Comprehensive Review for the examinations. The resource speakers and lecturers are best in the real estate service academe. The course is also for those who wish to upgrade and refresh their knowledge and insight on real estate consultancy practice and business and for compliance of CPE requirements for PRC license renewal for real estate appraisers, brokers and including the government assessors.
